What is refundable, how to cancel, and how to reach us.
Aser One is a subscription service (software-as-a-service). This policy sets out the refund and return conditions. It supplements our Terms & Conditions.
The free plan and trial periods involve no payment, and therefore no refund. We encourage you to evaluate the service during this period before subscribing to a paid plan.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the following are not refunded:
We may, at our sole discretion and without setting a precedent, grant a refund or credit (for example for a major technical incident on our side). Such a decision does not waive this policy.
If you buy hardware from ASER (printer, terminal, scanner, etc.), it may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery if defective, in its original packaging and undamaged by misuse. Return costs due to a change of mind are at your expense. Hardware also remains covered by its manufacturer's warranty.
Payments made via mobile money or any other provider are also subject to that provider's terms. An approved refund is reissued via the same payment method, within a reasonable time, subject to the provider's own timelines.
Send your request to info@aser-tech.com, stating the account name, the plan concerned and the reason. We acknowledge receipt and process valid requests within a reasonable time. Any mandatory statutory rights you may have are not affected by this policy.
