AI Terms

These terms govern your use of the artificial intelligence features in Aser One (the “AI Features”): duplicate detection, data cleaning, drafting, research, automation, collections, OCR, and more. They supplement our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

1. How the AI works

The AI Features assist your work by generating suggestions or content from your data and prompts. They may rely on AI models provided by third parties. Output is probabilistic: it is an aid, not a guaranteed truth.

3. Accuracy of outputs

AI may produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect output (“hallucinations”), including figures or facts stated confidently but wrongly. ASER does not warrant the accuracy, completeness or suitability of outputs for your situation. You are responsible for verifying them.

4. Human oversight

The AI Features are designed to stay under your control. You are solely responsible for decisions made and actions taken on the basis of AI output (for example a message sent to a customer, an accounting entry, a collections reminder). Check before you confirm.

5. Your data & the AI

• To produce a result, the AI processes the data you submit and relevant context from your account.
• This processing may involve third-party model providers, bound by confidentiality and acting on our behalf.
• We do not use your Customer Content to train third-party public AI models without your consent.
• Avoid submitting sensitive data you do not need for the requested task.

6. Quotas & limits

The AI Features are subject to quotas based on your plan (for example a number of requests per month). We may apply reasonable usage limits to protect the quality and security of the service. Quotas and features may change.

7. Prohibited uses

You must not use the AI Features to: generate unlawful, deceptive or defamatory content; impersonate others; produce abusive messages or spam; circumvent the law; or any use contrary to our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ASER disclaims all liability for AI output and for the consequences of your reliance on it. The limitations of liability in our Terms & Conditions apply in full.

9. Changes

AI Features evolve quickly. We may modify, improve, add or remove them, and change the underlying models, at any time.
