Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. It applies to every user of Aser One. In the event of a breach, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access, with or without notice depending on severity.

1. You agree not to

• break any law or regulation, or infringe a third party's rights;
• enter or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful or deceptive content;
• use the service to launder money, fund illegal activity, or issue false invoices;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk communications through the messaging or collections tools;
• upload viruses, malware or harmful code;
• attempt to access the service, other accounts or our systems without authorisation;
• probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without our written consent;
• circumvent usage limits, quotas or security measures;
• decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer, except as permitted by law;
• resell, sublicense or make the service available to unauthorised third parties;
• overload the infrastructure (excessive automated load, mass scraping);
• use the AI features contrary to our AI Terms.

2. Content responsibility

You are responsible for everything done under your account and for all Customer Content. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions, in particular for the data of your customers, employees and suppliers.

3. Reporting abuse

To report misuse or a security flaw, write to info@aser-tech.com. We value responsible disclosure and reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

4. Consequences

In the event of a breach, we may remove content, limit a feature, suspend or terminate access, and cooperate with authorities where required by law. No refund is due for termination resulting from a breach (see Refund Policy).
